REVISION POLICY

We provide a guaranteed minimum of 3 revisions to unlimited revision depending on the package. The Revision Turnaround Time would be around 12 hours.

REFUND POLICY

We offer a 100% refund & customer satisfaction on our services, however it is not an unconditional 100% refund and certain conditions still apply. All CoverDesignServies refund requests will be void if;

  • The primary design for all the services has been approved.
  • You have chosen a custom package.
  • The project has been entered into the revision phase, the refund offer will not be eligible.
  • The design has been finalized.
  • The company has not been contacted for more than 14 days.
  • The business is closing or changing name or business.
  • The cancellation has been made due to reasons non-related to the company.
  • The final files have been delivered.
  • The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ time span.
  • The request for a refund is made after 12 hours of initial design samples delivery.
  • All refund requests should be communicated to the support department.
  • Money-Back Guarantee depends on that the request is set in accordance with some basic honesty. Where a client has placed design orders with more than one agency for the same job, with the intention of claiming a refund, CoverDesignServices does not consider this to be good faith. In such instances, we reserve the right to decline a refund request.
  • Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with partner’, or other reasons that do not pertain to the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
  • Paid for watermark removal from free products such as youtuber banner will not be eligible for a refund.

NOTE: After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose. The company CoverDesignServices will be the rightful owner of the designs.

DELIVERY POLICY

All design order files are delivered to My Account or in their Email as per the date specified on the “Order Confirmation”. An e-mail is also sent to inform the client about their design order delivery made to their specific account area. The turnaround time will be according to the package, the minimum time required is 3 business days. In case of an urgent or rush order, contact our customer support team.

RECORD MAINTENANCE

We CoverDesignServies keep a record of your finalized design once we provide you the final files. If you require the final files again in the future we can send them to you at your request.

CUSTOMER SUPPORT
